Minor Tweaks
Just a few minor changes to the layout of this thing. I've changed most of the margins and paddings to percentages rather than pixel counts, and I've disposed of a few non-breaking space characters that were making the side stuff fall to the bottom on some browser setups. I've also moved the author tag to the top of the entry, now that Mom has one in her name. Maybe that'll encourage her and the rest of my family to contribute. Finally, I broke down and put the entry title and categories in a two-cell table so that the category icons go to the right as I want them to. I'd've rather used CSS and float stuff to make it work, but the icons kept dropping below the title line, and I wasn't willing to put a negative top margin on them to bring them back up. There's got to be a better way, but I haven't found it yet.

Looking at it from a machine (not mine) at work, I've still got the side dropoff problem. I know the stylesheet is set at 75%, but the right column is only taking about 15. IE 5.5.
