Blood

I just gave my 24th pint today, through the American Red Cross. Three gallons. So here's my chance to plug some good causes:

• American Red Cross blood donor program
• National Marrow Donor Program
• Carolina Donor Services—I'm sure there's something similar near you if you're not from North Carolina

Serious recycling.
