Well, I was actually just looking to find out what kind of beer would go well with lamb, and I stumbled across the beercook site “because beer is food: in cooking, at the table, and by the glass.”

HB392 has been passed by both houses of the North Carolina General Assembly, which means that unless Governor Easley vetoes it—unlikely—the 6% ABV cap on beer legal to sell in the state will be raised to 15%.
